Loved this service! Giancarlo was a great technician. Provided us with excellent information that will help us intelligently plan our future home improvement projects. Up front I want to say that the repairman was a very nice guy and some of the work that he did was good. I was even willing to pay the very high cost of his visit.
But the not so good:
The handyman attempted to fix the leak in my bathroom sink drain piping but failed. It’s still leaking.
But what is a huge problem for me is that he trimmed the top edge of my bedroom door with the door in place in a fully furnished bedroom. The door now works but the entire bedroom was covered with a layer of sawdust. Everything was covered. My desk, computer, piles of freshly laundered clothes, the bed, my comforter, carpets, curtains and more all had to...Up front I want to say that the repairman was a very nice guy and some of the work that he did was good. I had a TV hung on the wall by a My Handyman technician and he did an excellent job. He was very friendly and professional, wore shoe covers in the house, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was measured and hung exactly where we wanted it. I had a slight miscommunication with the scheduling team so the job was done a day later than expected, but excellent quality work and it was easy to get ahold of their customer support and scheduling team when I had questions.

Our handyman Alex always came to our home with a smile and answers to all of my questions. We needed a new custom shower door installed, grout redone, broken floor tiles replaced, a new counter in the children’s bathroom installed, a light installed, some closet doors fixed, and one closet door completely changed out. There was some lagtime when we were waiting for custom shower doors getting done and shipped by the manufacturer, but that felt normal. After the work was finished, there was a leak from the newly installed faucets, and Alex came the next day to figure it out.
