My Gadget Repair — Review Terrible experience. I brought my Samsung A16 5G in on Feb. 12 after being quoted $50. When I arrived, the price suddenly became $140. Only after I mentioned Phone Repair Center, Body Oil & Gift Shop on Windsor Mill Road did they match the $120 price. They promised a 1-day repair, but it took 6 days. They never contacted me once. Every single day I had to call them, and every day I heard a new excuse about the vendor or the wrong screen. On Saturday, I asked for a discount because of the delays. The employee agreed to give me a free phone case. But when I picked up the phone Monday, he tried to charge me $140 agai... My Gadget Repair — Review Terrible experience. When I asked for the free case he promised, he claimed he had no cases — even though he tried to sell me a $19 case earlier in the week. He also promised to call me Tuesday the 18th and never did. Unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest service. I do NOT recommend this place.
