Gary was SO great and helpful. He drove and came straight to me within the hour of calling him. He’s very obviously been doing it for a long time and walked me through everything, including how to do things myself in the future. Not a bad price either. Thanks, Gary!!

very vile person. judges people based on his experience with other customers. I have a computer that i forgot the password. I told him I have the receipt that has my bank card number on the receipt and my bank card has the same name as my ID. the recipt also has the seriel number of the computer. He told me there is a 99% chance i STOLE the computer (even though i said i can provide all that information multiple times) screamed at me over and over saying I stole it and he sees it all the time and then hung up the phone on me. Its a cheap computer from walmart I never used and wanted to give to a younger family member for their birthday... hor... very vile person. judges people based on his experience with other customers.
