Jim was very responsive and worked hard to get me to my goal of having a fire in the fireplace by Christmas! It took a while to get booked because of high demand (I should have tried to contact him before November) but it turned out that my chimney was in pretty good shape after all. The peace of mind was worth the wait. Most importantly, Jim definitely knows his stuff and is a really nice guy! He even followed up with me afterward to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely turn to him for any chimney/fireplace related needs in future.

Fantastic experience. Needed a simple fix to reattach a loose chimney cap and Jim quickly made an appointment, looked everything over to make sure there were no other issues, and was able to give the cap a quick spruce to address a bit of rust. Highly recommend.
