They left 2ish hours ago and I have to write a review ASAP. My apartment looks so beautiful with a bunch of cute little touches throughout. The booking system was easy, the service providers were kind & professional, and the price is unbeatable in Nashville. What was supposed to be a one time luxury is going to become at least a quarterly necessity.
My first experience using Music City Maid Service was nothing short of amazing. Every part of my apartment is spotless. I feel a sense of relief and can rest easy with a reset thanks to their thorough job!
I booked a move out cleaning and added fridge and oven cleaning. Their team did such a great job!! The place looked better than when I moved in, especially the oven, floors, and glass shower doors!
We have never had a professional cleaning performed before so I did not know what to expect, but let me tell you, Music City Maid Service went above and beyond for this clean! There were hard to reach bits I thought they might have missed that were completely spotless. I was in shock! The small personal touches to our bedset and couch (bows tied in the blankets, etc) were very cute and left us giggling. Ask for Team Lupita especially! We are SO happy we took the leap!
Super easy to book. Everything was as advertised and they were easy to get ahold of when I needed to make a change. The cleaners arrived when they stated they would. They were incredibly nice & professional. They cleaned my apartment better than the complex did when we moved in. They listed to the couple special requests we had. I will 100% use them again and not think twice when recommending them. Exceeded all expectations and well worth the value.
