Never been here before today. I took a tablet to see how much it would cost to have the screen replaced. Even though they did not fix it, they were honest with me about it. They understood that it would cost more to fix it than replace it. I appreciate the honesty.
Got an estimate for a battery replacement and charging port cleaning. Dropped my phone off and got it back within an hour. Everything seems to be perfect now. Paid exactly what the estimate was and everyone in the store was extremely friendly. Would definitely return if I ever need service again. Thanks.
I highly recommend Muscatine Tech. I phone carriers to T-Mobile and got a new phone. The next morning it was locked and asked for a password which I never set one up. Went to T-Mobile and they had no clue what to do. Muscatine Tech was able to get into my phone. It had to be restored to factory rest but he was able to restore most of my information. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
