At their request I provided pictures and outlined exactly what I needed done on my split rail wooden fence. Their customer service representative said that they would come out to give me an estimate to repair my fence. The sales representative came to my house. Without even looking at my project the sales representative told me to find someone else, they were booked up through July and he didn’t even know how to estimate the repairs. What a total waste of my time. Why tell me that you can repair my fence if you’re not willing to do it? He told me that he would ask the owner, Conor Murphy to reach out to me. That was over a week ago. I don’t expect to hear from him.
