When I say hands down the best place to get your wireless devices/computers,or to just get help this is it. Highly professional, and love the customer service. Been going here for couple years now. Won't disappoint!!!!
If you have any laptop or computer related issues don’t bring them here. I took my laptop in for cleaning and they simply didn’t clean anything. My laptop looked the same as when I brought it in. They then proceeded to tell me I had a virus and wanted me to pay an extra $100 to wipe it with the same anti virus software I already was using. I went in to pick it up and the old technician guy treated my $2200 laptop like it was a pile of junk. Swinging it around (while the components were exposed) placed it down on the table with little to no respect. These guys run a horrible sketchy business and I feel they’re only still up and running due to... If you have any laptop or computer related issues don’t bring them here. I took my laptop in for cleaning and they simply didn’t clean anything. My laptop looked the same as when I brought it in. They then proceeded to tell me I had a virus and wanted me to pay an extra $100 to wipe it with the same anti virus software I already was using. I went in to pick it up and the old technician guy treated my $2200 laptop like it was a pile of junk. Swinging it around (while the components were exposed) placed it down on the table with little to no respect. These guys run a horrible sketchy business and I feel they’re only still up and running due to fixing iPhones and iPads. They also told me I had a broken GPU fan and said they wouldn’t tell me which one was broken unless I agreed to pay for the repair. Absolutely no transparency with these guys unless they know they’re getting a dollar out of you. Highly recommend not going to these people as they have no respect and aren’t professional whatsoever. I also would like to add I have missing screws from my battery pack within my laptop from which I took apart myself and decided to take matters into my own hands since these guys were very unreliable. You guys suck and I’m glad you look/sound miserable all the time because you reap what you sow. I seriously hope your business shuts down 0/10 service
Please note Munster Wireless DOES NOT service UPS devices. Alex was awesome today! Though hesitant at first, he was able to successfully help me with my UPS. My issue was simple -- I could not disconnect the wire from the battery - you would think it was connected with crazy glue. The plan was to replace the batteries. I had struggled with this for weeks. I told Alex, "if you can't disconnect the wire, I'll trash the device." After about 5 minutes of prodding, he was able to pull the wire lose. He saved a UPS device from the landfill and he save me $130 because I now get to use the replacement batteries I bought for the unit. Thank you Munst...
