Then I called Multiview Furniture Repair, and from the start, the experience was completely different. Marina answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and reassuring. She asked me to send photos and quickly followed up with a quote for a house call — under $275, which was an amazing deal.

I would absolutely recommend this company for all furniture repair needs! Excellent communication for quoting, scheduling the appointment, and leading up to the appointment. And excellent service on top of that. Dimitri was my technician and he simply did a fantastic job. Incredibly thorough with his work and took the time to explain all that he had done so that I could understand the changes made and know what to do to prevent further damage to the furniture. Also gave recommendations and tips to further care for the furniture outside of what was needed for the specific repair so that it can hopefully last longer before needing future mainte...I would absolutely recommend this company for all furniture repair needs!
