Mark initially made a good impression as a salesperson; however, the installation process was disappointing. Not all items were shown to us before installation, and some of the accessories brought were incorrect. The work was rushed, which affected the overall quality.
Communication during the installation was difficult, as my wife was frequently interrupted, making it hard to discuss concerns. The work was not completed according to the agreed details. Although we were promised a mirror replacement and a reinstallation of the shower glass, these commitments were later declined.

MS Railing and Glass did a fantastic job on our shower glass door. Down to the details of hardware color and shower glass install was a great experience. Also used them for a mirror installation on an investment project and couldn't be happier. Good prices and great customer service 👍👍👍

They worked with me to get find a good solution for my bathroom door. They came out to measure my space and talked about what best might go in there. I had one idea for a solution and although they said they could do it, but they also showed me a cheaper plan for the door that would work just as well. I went with their suggestion and am glad that I did. And when I threw on the request for glass shelves for a cabinet at the last second, they had no problem accommodating that request. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the future. I am attaching a picture of the door to this review, which looks fantastic.
