My phone’s screen was burned and needed to be replaced. As soon I walked into the store, the owner welcomed me and took him only 16 minutes to get it changed!! I was told from a different store that would take him two hours to replace the screen and the price was way different!! I’m glad that I found this store

The owner fixed my iPhone 11 screen! Great customer service, quick repairs, and not expensive! He applied a free screen protector for me and I purchased a case which he has plenty of options to choose from! Highly recommend 👌🏾

Very decent human being named Sam! Have used him for 3 battery changes on 3 different phones. He is an honest guy and doesn't charge you if he can't repair your item. Good prices, rare to find a person with integrity nowadays!

I was quoted $30 over the phone for a battery replacement, but when I arrived in person, the price jumped to $60, which I negotiated down to $50. Instead of replacing my "service required/80% health" battery with a new one, the technician installed a used battery, claiming it was an 'official Apple battery' and superior to an 'after-market' option. The process took 30-45 minutes because the used battery had a depleted charge and needed to be charged extensively from his computer. Afterward, I found the battery health hadn’t improved. Although I was offered a “three-day warranty,” I declined since there was nothing in writing except a poster s...I was quoted $30 over the phone for a battery replacement, but when I arrived in person, the price jumped to $60, which I negotiated down to $50. The process took 30-45 minutes because the used battery had a depleted charge and needed to be charged extensively from his computer. Afterward, I found the battery health hadn’t improved. Although I was offered a “three-day warranty,” I declined since there was nothing in writing except a poster stating, “no warranties, no exceptions.” A few days after the battery replacement, my phone developed a new issue: a solid vertical line of green pixels running from the top to the bottom of the screen. While I can't definitively prove this was caused by the battery replacement, the timing is suspicious.
