Brushed off they didn't even try to help me just said nope can't help u no reason no recommendation to get my vacuum fixed terrible customer service kid at the counter seemed like I was bothering him comming in

These guys are wonderful, I had questions about my machine and he answered all of them even walked me around my machine and showed somethings I did not know about. 🥰 They serviced my 100 year old phaff sewing machine and my newer singer machine. Wonderful and friendly service. I totally understand why they have been in business for this long. They do it right! Love you guys🥰💛

They’ve been a great small business to work with and repair my vacuum to perfection. I highly recommend these guys and they are worth the drive. They will not upsell you or take advantage either like other repair shops.
