It's great to have a local smart home installer who can return to make sure all the bugs are worked out. Miguel was a great consultant and installed a system I purchased elsewhere. He was great at ensuring that I knew what I was doing. My home is older, and so there were some wiring issues that only came to light after he did the initial installation, so he returned to fix the issue and ensure my system was functioning. He also got back to ne quickly in order to answer any questions. I am glad I didn't just go with a subcontractor for one of these big security companies because there's no guarantee they'll come back if something goes wrong.
