This company became completely unresponsive after I agreed to their estimate and tried to schedule a time to have the services completed. My communication with Don began in late December 2020. He didn’t show for the first scheduled estimate. I didn’t hold it against him. We rescheduled for January 20, 2021. On January 21, 2021, I confirmed that I wanted to hire him and he said he would send available dates. Never hearing back, I reached out on February 11. On February 15, he responded he was getting over COVID and would look at the schedule that day and let me know. I responded that I was glad he was on the mend and I didn’t fault the delay....This company became completely unresponsive after I agreed to their estimate and tried to schedule a time to have the services completed. People get sick, so I totally understood. But, again, I never heard back. I reached out again on March 9 and proposed a few dates of my own in late March. Don never responded. I reached out again on April 13 to confirm that Mr. Sandless no longer planned to service my floors. I have still not received a response. I have now wasted 5 months of trying to hire this company. I was patient, understanding, and kind. I will NEVER use this company for anything going forward after being ignored and treated so poorly following the estimate. I suggest you do the same.

Mr Sandless did an amazing job on my floors! We had a bunch of wax built up from using mop and glow. I tried everything and could not get it up. Mr Sandless removed all the wax and restored our floors to their original condition! Would highly recommend him!

BEWARE! Don is very personable and probably does great work, but after leaving the house to have our floors sanded, I found that one of the workers had gone through a closed door into my bathroom area where there is NO wood, into my closet which was also closed, and into a drawer where they dug to the bottom to find and STEAL hundreds of dollars of "hidden" cash. Don's response to this was that he "pays his workers more than most and that they would have no reason to do this". They were the ONLY people in my home. I never even received an apology. The police were called, a report was filed, and the Mr. Sandless crew was escorted off my pro...BEWARE! Don was a very nice and educated individual. He, unfortunately, is so busy that it seems to be affecting the quality of his work. His workers had come to re-finish my floors in Jackson. They left, without Don evaluating the completed job, and they had failed to seal the floor stain. I only found this out after weeks later when wiping up spilled water that the brown stain had come up on my paper towel. He did eventually send his crew out to fix the problem, but I had to pay people yet again to move all my furniture off the floors so they could be finished properly. Additionally, there was no apology or amends to the problem. 5* personality and...Don was a very nice and educated individual.
