Do you ever have one of those experiences with a Company that blows you away. I had a kitchen drain back up and I filled out a couple of service requests with some well know companies. I won't mention names but after tonight it's "Bye Bob".
Anyway. Mr. Rooter called me right back and said same day between 4pm-7PM. Shaquille showed up at 5 and went right to work. Every company needs someone like Shaquille. Smart, courteous, explained everything he was doing. He was careful about not making a mess and really cleaned up after himself. I wish every service call from any company had a Shaquille. I’ve had excellent experiences with Mr Rooter across multiple appointments. The technicians are friendly, professional and very thorough. I have high confidence in the work they’ve done in my home and they’ve won my business for the long term. No it is not cheap, but no reputable plumber is cheap. Mr Rooter rerouted my kitchen drain from an external failing concrete 3inch line to a more direct to the stack route through the basement between the floor joists using 2inch pvc. it works perfectly. It looks clean and sturdy. Aric S., who did the work, was efficient, polite and friendly. I was pleased that he figured out a way to install it without causing an overhead obstruction and still be to code . lovely work. very happy to have a working kitchen drain.
