Promises, not keeped and customer service not provided. I was told I'd be given an estimate before the service was provided, which was not true. Jeff was already on the roof performing drain unclogging, at the time I arrived at my rent house. The price, $550, was way too much. Since I have checked other companies and they don't charge near that price. I called and attempted to speak with the owner about some problems, we had with the technician, but they refused to return my calls. I am now very dissatisfied with mr rooter.

Jay did a wonderful job helping us with our pipe issues! Gave us all the info we needed to make a proper decision on what all needed to be done in the future!

Had an unforeseen circumstance with water pouring out of the ancient connection at 445 this morning! Mr Rooter to the rescue! They were out within an hour and a half, on a Friday! Jay got us up and running in no time, even turning the water at the main back on! 🙌
