So, needed a dishwasher installed and an under sink water filter set up, called Mr. Rooter, they sent this guy Kyle to handlenit the next day. Very impressive young man, really seemed to know his business! He quoted me a fair price, did the job to a very high quality standard and cleaned and swept on the way out. Everything works flawlessly, couldn't be happier. I'd recommend Kyle highly 👌

Service was good. He was supposed to arrive at 7:30am but dispatch didn’t invoice him out until 8:39am (I made them aware that I had a previous appointment at 9:30am) other than that late arrival everything was fine. He made sure everything was functional prior to leaving. Ty is very respectable and brought everything to me because I am a disabled senior. The service was pricey but I had to have it done

Absolutely a master class in sewer cleaning, Sat and watched and learned. The technician even walking up knowing exactly what the problem was ..showed immediately he was in a service mindset. Intelligent customers seek knowledge in order to be DIYers but this was way out of my wheelhouse. On time polite knowledgeable and amazing early AM sense of humor. Mr Rooter earned 5 stars easy

Service was exceptional. Jay even went the extra mile to run to Lowe’s and get the parts that we were shorted from our purchase! Extremely polite, hard working and an excellent job. Well done!
