Mo Rifati did a great job and Mr. Rooter was exceptionally responsive. I called at 4pm and the Technician arrived a little after 6pm. Unclogged the drain quickly and double checked the outside cleanouts to ensure there was not any additional problems. Very reasonable fee for a Saturday afternoon - If I need a plumber again - they get the first call.

Brett was very professional and patient and resolved our problem.

Promised me a free quote on the phone. Guy comes out to do the quote. We talk a while. Charges me $170. I asked why and he didn't respond to my text. Quote was for plumbing only, no wall repair. Next quote the guy was doing turn key (plumbing and tile) for $100s cheaper than these guys. The plumber that I chose completely disagreed with these guys assessment of the situation. Otherwise, while they were here they were really nice and wore shoe covers. I will never use this place again.
