Mr. Roof Louisville

Mr. Roof was great about fixing the damage another company caused. I didn't know the damage was there until Mr. Roof came out to look at a couple of shingles that had been damaged. Mr Roof is great! I called for an estimate and Joe showed up on schedule to take a look at the roof and get us an estimate for our home and garage. We were having an issue with our insurance company, and Mr Roof was able to come get a shingle sample off of our roof and got it tested to prove it was obsolete!! Upon install, they were able to get rid of the ugly and leaking roof box vents and put in a new ridge vent system. And bonus points for them being on time and completing the install as promised AND cleaning up their mess (nails and all) when they were finished. Adam Billings represents something missing in American business today- honesty, customer focus, attention to detail, professionalism, and respect that your money can be spent with anyone in the roofing business. We had a warranty claim and the team jumped in and stayed involved until solved. The project manager Joey for our job, another 5/5 employee. Trust these guys, they stand behind their product and work. Owens Corning roof product is the way to go!

Had roof replace 11 years ago. Now having all kinds of problems with roof. Had a representative come look at it after a storm tore shingles off front of house. Insurance would only fix front of roof. Wouldn't fix back of roof. Representative from Mr roof got to were he ghosted me. Had to finally get another company to come look at it. There was a laundry list of problems with installation of roof. Same thing Insurance said. Ended up only patching roof on front of house because that's all I could afford to do. Mr roof definitely didn't last a lifetime like they say

I'll give it to this company, they blow you a great line of crap. After 10 years we now need a new roof. Yes folks 10 years!!!!!!!!!!! We have had other roofers come in to look at the roof. All 4 of them ask if Mr Roof did the job. That's absolutely pitiful!!! This company is nothing more than a scam! Before contacting them do your research extremely well. UNLESS you have plenty of money to replace a roof 10 years down the road. This company isn't fit to roof a birdhouse!!

My salesman, Joe Ritchie was awesome. Very informative and great to work with. Joey and the installation crew were great to work with also. My project was just rite using Mr.Roof.
