I’m very satisfied with the technician Barret on his replacement of an ancient water softener. He was quite pleasant and appeared to work quite hard as he had to replace a pressure regulator down by street also. The computer panel on the new water heater was defective so he had to source a new replacement which took about 3 days. But that was not his fault and things seem to run well now. The AI assistant Champion uses is a insulting but staff did get me set up with a very good plumber.

Gilbert Sanchez returned to our home to work on our bathroom plumbing. Instead of conducting the work we thought we needed he was careful to explain why other approaches yielded better results with relatively minimal cost for parts.
