Our fridge and freezer stopped cooling. They were fast and got the replacement JennAir parts the next day and came out to replace them.

First off, I rarely do public reviews but I HAD to say something about this company, specifically, Ilia & Vlad, the technicians sent to fix my merchandiser. These gents are the real deal - totally moved the needle in restoring my faith in service technicians. I contacted Mr Fridge the day my merchandiser quit; they showed up the next day; diagnosed the issue in 12mins; gave me my options AND executed my chosen option in ~15mins. I threw in a 'hey while you're here' ask and they did that too in very little time. They were out the door within an hr after their arrival, leaving a pleased yet cautious customer. "Cautious" because I didn't want to rejoice too soon. Fast forward 24hrs after, I'm ABSOLUTELY pleased with their work and will emphatically recommend them to whomever and whenever necessary. These guys bailed me out!! AND - yes, there's more - it was VERY affordable! I thought I was going to spend ~$1k+ (as that's what it cost for a seemingly small issue with the last company I used) but it was <$400. I'm happy and so is my wallet. Thank you Ilia & Vlad.
