They actually had availability same-day and they were able to get a technician out in less than 2 hours! I mostly work from home, so it worked out! My technician was Carson. He was very polite, very knowledgeable and he was able to perform a diagnostic assessment to seek the underlying issue and it was discovered quickly. He had the part that I needed in his truck, so he was able to replace my breaker unit. After replacement, everything started to work smoothly again. The precision, accuracy, and timeliness with this company is unmatched!! 10/10 all around. I will certainly keep Mr. Electric in mind for all servicing I need in my home from this point forward!
