We had high winds that knocked our utility pole down. In making calls found out that we owned and had to find a new pole and get all the wires hooked back up. After calling many people that couldn’t help us we ended up being directed to Mr Electric, and thank good we did!! The crew got to work and took care of everything. Ashlyn who was awesome made all the calls got everything lined up got the pole, called to get a new hole dug dealt with the electric company and took the reins so all I had to do is take care of my mom and pups. Ashlyn and her crew Christian and Paul were amazing. They worked well into the evening (10 hours straight) and made sure all was good to go and cleaned up everything. I am so glad I came across these guys they were personable, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks without hesitation. The most professional courteous group of workers I ever dealt with and wish more companies had their work ethic and personal touch to getting a job done and making the home owners feel like someone had their back and took away a lot of stress and worry for my mother and I. I can’t say enough about this company and crew.

As someone who deals with contractors on a daily basis as a profession, my wife and I used Mr. Electric for our home lighting upgrades and I cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, timely, friendly, informative and very easy to talk to. Their customer service has been great from the moment we put in an inquiry, to the time they walked out the door with the work completed. I would heed all of their advice and recommendations.

Regrettably I can't show pictures of before and after (I did not think to do that), but we went with every one of Shaun, Albert and Brian's recommendations to improve the lighting in the entire house. We went from having outdated light fixtures and bad lighting to fully modernized light fixtures and dimmable lights everywhere. They covered up old holes, even some they told me they may not be able to but still did (very well, might I add, thank you Brian) because they refused to give up. They even hooked me up with a flood light to light up the deck and back yard.
On top of it all, they made sure to schedule the work to have everything done in time for our housewarming party.
The work and service were so good, that when my wife and I are ready to do another round of infrastructure improvements, we would go nowhere else. Mr. Electric has earned all of our future business thanks to the incredible work they've done.

I did not use them. But the experience was excellent.
I needed an outlet for a free-standing water dispenser. The issue was sourcing direct current in a tricky condo situation.
After Alicia set me up over the phone, technician Sarah A arrived early. She patiently walked me through the obstacles and challenges on how the power would need to be delivered. It was complex, more than I planned spending, but I was very happy with Sarah detailing the options.
I'm not getting a water dispenser, but I know where I'll go when I need an electrician going forward.
AND - no charge for the visit and estimate. Nice.
