I have bought three computers through Mr Dot PC over several years and Jason always works with me as to what I want. He has also updated or done repairs on my computers. He is reasonable on his prices and and can give me an approximate cost before work is done. I give him 5 stars. I have never had a reason to complain about his work.
Jason has been helping free up storage on my phone. He has done a great job, always explaining everything and more than reasonable with his charge. You won’t be disappointed!
Jason provided professional IT services for us at Brain Balance of Columbia. Our problem was resolved quickly and he worked around our schedule. He went above and beyond to ensure I had exactly what I needed and that my programs were functioning in time to meet my demanding schedule. He was friendly and explained everything. His hourly rate was very reasonable. Professional, personable and reasonable rates. I was thrilled!
**Update** I would strongly recommend going here for any of your PC needs. I got my laptop back last night, and am happy as a pig in mud! Jason was very honest about what needed to be done, and gave me options of a lower or higher cost replacement parts. I opted for the higher priced parts to update my system, and was expecting for it to cost one price, and was pleasantly surprised that it was $75 less than what I had expected! I have already recommended his business to a few people I know are having PC issues. Thanks again for fixing my laptop. I dropped off my laptop today to have some repairs done.
