We had our fireplace serviced by Ivan and Pedro in December, and when we had a minor issue this past week, the experience was just as great. Natasha in the office was incredibly helpful and arranged a same-day visit with technicians Ivan and Pedro. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it immediately. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would highly recommend Mr. Chimney in Mamaroneck!
Really enjoyed working with Tim and his crew. They clearly explained the issues with the chimneys in our new house, the work that needed to be done to bring up to code, and gave a fair price for the work. I found his crew to be very respectful of our home — properly sealed off all areas to ensure no dust got into the home, cleaned up after themselves, and showed up promptly when they said they would.
Amazing! Great experience from booking the appointment to the end. When the technicians arrived they were very professional, friendly, meticulous, and most importantly, knowledgeable. My gas fireplace had never properly worked since I purchased my property. Ivan expertly pinpointed the problem and fixed it within an hour! Now I enjoy fires nightly and am so thankful!~* I had another company come out who wouldn't service it (there was one difficult (almost stripped) screw that Ivan finally got out!). I highly recommend Mr. Chimney to any and all homeowners and businesses!
Ivan and Pedro from Mr Chimney were wonderful. They were thorough and explained everything as this is our first experience with a gas fireplace. Highly recommend.
