I had an older pet who before she passed was losing control of her bladder. Chem dry came over and cleaned after her loss. The results were amazing! It was such a relief because I honestly thought we would have to replace the carpet. Stains lifted and no lingering smell. Thank you.

Ed was fantastic and very professional. I didn't expect miracles for our carpet that had not been cleaned for over 4 years, but he gave us a miracle! Our carpet looks wonderful and we no longer have the bad pet smells. In the photo, on the left side of the heating vent, we had a small rectangle piece of furniture there for the last 4 and 1/2 years, so that small piece looked like brand new carpet. As you can see, he cleaned the carpet so well you can't tell where the furniture was resting. Wonderful! Thank you so much, Ed!
