Justin did a fantastic job. Didn’t take him long to find the problem with my old washer. Paid less than half of front. He came back a few days later when I had to go to work. Left door open for him, he was in & out in an hr. Was able to settle up over phone with rest of price. Everything was fine when I got home. Grandmothers old washer is running again. Some would say 300 might be high but this happened on Christmas Eve. And fixed after New Year’s because I had went out of town. So I’m happy & it saved me from buying a 700-1000 dollar new washer or more right now after holidays!! Not to mention delivery time/ 2-4 weeks & installation price f...Justin did a fantastic job. Very kind staff, but make sure you are clear with your issue before they come out.
My screen on my 2 year old Range went out. I was clear that was the issue. They came out and told me yes, the screen is out. Then they proceeded to tell me they could not order the part and there was nothing they could do.
The tech was kind enough, but he gladly took my $119 and was off. I had zero follow up and no solution to my problem.
A quick google search and the part was readily available at a few online place. I ended up ordering the part and with 1 hour of my own time fixed it.
I have called to ask about why they didn't fix it or offer other solutio...Very kind staff, but make sure you are clear with your issue before they come out.

Mr appliance was great. Chase did a wonderful job fixing my refrigerator. He explained things to me as he was doing them and was courteous and professional. They give u a time block for arrival and were right on time. Price was reasonable especially compared against the cost of a new refrigerator. Definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.
