The first visit went well. The technician was professional, prompt and efficient. We learned that a part needed to be ordered which wound up taking over a month to come in. A week later, they scheduled the return visit. The technician arrived 2 hours before the scheduled time without notice. He replaced the part but did not close up the unit before pushing it back into the cabinet case. It had no back panel or front vent panel. Upon pushing it back in, he dislodged the drain hose to our dishwasher. This resulted in flooding under the sink which then flooded through the ceiling of the basement and into my husband’s office and on to his desk. W...The first visit went well. I called the office at 3:20 and explained that we needed to have the technician return right away. They said they’d call the manager. I called 30 minutes later after not hearing from them. The manager was not responding they said. Another 30 minutes went by with no word. At this point I realized they were not planning on calling us back. They had already charged our card and left us with an unfinished job and some serious damage.

This was our second time having Mr. Appliance here. Both times they were able to resolve our dishwasher issues in the same visit. Both times they had the extra parts that were needed on hand in the van. Very happy, and will use them again in the future if needed!
