Don’t Always Trust Thier Ice Maker Diagnosis! I called and made an appointment to get my ice maker repaired. They came out removed the ice maker and made sure it was getting voltage. It was. After reinstalling the unit it started working again. The repairman told me I needed a new one. He told us one was available in Nashville and he’d be back a day later. Meanwhile the ice maker is working fine. The company called me and said they had a problem getting the ice maker and delayed the return and final repair for another day. Then called and stated they couldn’t meet the assigned time twice! I explained I have 2 HOME HEALTHCARE PATIENTS in my h... Don’t Always Trust Thier Ice Maker Diagnosis! I also seen U-Tube video showing the ice maker had a reset button, I have asked for a refund minus the service charge! They told me I’d have to pay a 20%restocking fee. A condition not noted on the invoice! I have yet to receive my refund.
