The company is an A+. Worked around our schedule. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company. From the initial phone call to to the completion of the service this company is top notch.
They were nice and friendly. Fixed what was needed. However the only complaint I have is that they were there for around 20 minutes and it was a very easy fix apparently but I got charged $190. Not sure how but oh well. No parts were used, just a good 15-2 minutes of work. Other than price everything else was just fine
I called, they came the next day! Fixed my gas oven! Jesse was knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He explained what was happening and what it needed for repair. Repair was done in a reasonable amount of time and all is well! Will definitely use them again!
Easy to book the appointment. Communication was great but a warning if you have an " As-Is" appliance purchased from scratch & dent they will NOT service it. Today my technician arrived and immediately refused to service our fridge because it has an "As-Is" stamp on it. I also was required to still pay the trip charge even though he was here for about 5 minutes.
