I made my appointment online right on their website. The process was Super easy. Valentino was on time within the timeframe that was given to me. He was very friendly and professional on troubleshooting my refrigerator problem. Unfortunately it would be too much to repair but he gave me all my options. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would definitely not recommend buying anything LG. 5 years old and now trash. Do better LG

My fridge/freezer went down the day before Thanksgiving. Mr. Appliance was the only service company I called who could get me a technician same day for emergency service. The tech, Richard, arrived within about 90 minutes of the initial call. He quickly diagnosed the issue, however it would need parts and wouldn't be fixed that day. He managed to work a temporary fix to salvage our Thanksgiving food. The temp fix lasted for a few days, and they were able to come back out Tuesday morning to complete the repair with the parts shipped directly to me. 75% of the cost is required at time you agree to the work, just keep that in mind. They are easy to schedule and they do professional work. Brian did the job without any hassle or delays. Double check your address when their automated system emails or texts you, they sent my technician to the wrong town. Once he got here, everything went smoothly.

Our repairman, Brian, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained the problem and offered several solutions. Answered all of my questions. When he left, the stove was working well. Exactly the outcome you want. I will use Mr Appliance again. No hesitation.
