I was so pleased that they were able to schedule an appointment for me the day after I called. The technician, Joe, was here even before I expected him. He assessed the problem immediately and repaired the machine quickly. I am very pleased with your service.
Joe was the epitome of professional. Explained everything along the way in easy to understand terms. Fixed the issue. Was clean and tidy and made sure we didn’t have any questions before he left our property.
Made an appointment on Friday night when I started smelling gas from my oven and they immediately sent me a four hour window. On Sunday, they updated the information to a two hour window, which I greatly appreciated, but the window began at a time when I would be about 30 minutes from home because of an appointment. Called them up and explained the situation. The woman I spoke with couldn't have been nicer and said she'd update the tech so he would be sure to come when I was home. Joe came this afternoon with part in hand and repaired my oven. The whole appointment lasted an hour. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the p... I looked up the cost of the part. That, with the actual time spent fixing it, seems high.
Chad was very detailed in figuring out what was wrong with the washer. He is very knowledgable. I have an older washer. He found the part, ordered it, and came back to install it,. I like that the same person that did the original trouble shooting, also came back to fix the machine. I appreciate him and this company very much.
