11-14-25 - I’m sorry I did not get my technicians name but he was so nice and very professional. He pinpointed very quickly what was wrong with my dryer and made sure I saw the problem. Unfortunately, it would have been very pricey to repair so I elected to just buy a new one. He pointed out that my vent was very clogged which I am very grateful for because that was definitely a fire hazard. I was able to get a company out the same day to blow out the vent. I am very happy with your service!!

Technician was great found the issue within 15 minutes, had to wait for part to come in was suppose to be delivered next day took 4 days , had to call to reschedule no problem tech came back and fixed my washer . Very happy with the service, only issue was the price for repair was high.

Called to make an appointment because my dryer quite working correctly. They were able to schedule me in quick and send out someone to assist. The worker that came to my house was awesome. He was able to fix the issue and even provided a little education. I appreciate the quick assistance and friendly, knowledgeable service.
