A time was given for their arrival and a photo of my tech was provided. Jonathan arrived promptly and was able to quickly access my problem and gave me a quote. It did not require ordering parts or a return visit. He was able to do the repair then. I’m 84 yrs old .. a widow .. undergoing chemo treatments and suffering from a bout of vertigo.
