Initial contact regarding issue with propane countertop stove was exceptional! I was given several dates to choose for appointment. After appointment date was set ( with 2 hrs window time frame ) I quickly received confirmation, including photo / ID of electrician assigned named Cameron. I was advised when electrician was on his way to service stove. Cameron arrived promptly to my home ( during given time frame ). Cameron was professional, knowledgeable & friendly both in explaining the issues with my " 20 yr old stove" and was able to offer much insight. The technician who was here today was outstanding! He spent time diagnosing the issue, utilizing specialized equipment. Was able to determine the problem was electronic. He spent time with us to do a variety of options. No hard sell, just a lot of helpful information. We would highly recommend him for any future customers!

I have to start with just how easy to get the appointment! Took less than five minutes to get it all set up. Constant communication after that. Justin showed up on time. Friendly, respectful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable!!! Sadly the problem was not something that could be fixed, but that was completely out of the control of anyone. That being said overall great experience!! I’ll recommend you all to everyone I know!!! Just absolutely phenomenal!!! Keep it up!!!

Great experience! The technician Ken was great! He showed up on time and was very helpful. He explained the repair and provided good advice on what we should expect in the future. Overall the entire process went smoothly.
