Jonathan was very polite and professional. He was careful not to damage our kitchen flooring when moving our oven and cleaned up when he was done. EXCELLENT service!

My tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Upfront with the cost as well which is nice. I really liked that you get a photo of the technician before arrival.

From start to finish, Mr. appliance was totally professional on time and knew exactly what they were doing. I was completely impressed with Jonathan our service technician. He first tried the best way to fix it inexpensively, but then it became obvious that a new part was needed and he purchased that had it delivered to our home and just left after installing it. Our particular range was very difficult to repair and took a lot of time to get even to the place where it could be repaired. So the bulk of the cost was the time involved and getting to the part.
