I called at 7:30 in the morning on New Year’s Eve and to my surprise someone answered the phone and they were able to schedule me on that day for a 1:30 pm. I was so happy, really I couldn’t believe it. My technician called about 1/2 hour out and said he was running 10-15 minutes behind. Really appreciate the heads up. He arrived and I showed him my situation, he diagnosed it and fixed it. Yes it was a simple fix, but the technician fixed it. I was so happy.

Mr.Appliance was great. Greg showed up and was both knowledgeable and efficient. He actually went and picked up the part to complete the repair. Honestly, I have never had that happen with any repair! The company communicates and lets you know what is going on at all times.
