I had an appointment between 12pm and 3pm and Mark called at 1:30pm stating he was done for the day and would not be coming to the appointment and that I would need to reschedule. When I inquired why since I had a scheduled appointment, he hung up on me. No one in the office was answering but I was eventually able to get in contact with Katie who said she would call Mark and then call me back. The call back I received was that she was not sure what happened and was trying to find someone else to complete our service and would call me again. I never received a call back.
