I have had there services for almost 3 or 4 years now, never had any issues, they always did an amazing job until the last few months they raised there prices a little bit and they went from notifying me almost a week in advance of any scheduled services and if I told them it was good and didn't need to be mowed, they would skip mowing it that time, to only notifying me the day before.... then to if I said it was fine and didn't need to be mowed they would mow it anyways and charge me.... the last time they mowed it I had told them it was good and did not need to be mowed, the service was not as good as usual, grass was left high in areas a... I have had there services for almost 3 or 4 years now, never had any issues, they always did an amazing job until the last few months they raised there prices a little bit and they went from notifying me almost a week in advance of any scheduled services and if I told them it was good and didn't need to be mowed, they would skip mowing it that time, to only notifying me the day before.... then to if I said it was fine and didn't need to be mowed they would mow it anyways and charge me.... the last time they mowed it I had told them it was good and did not need to be mowed, the service was not as good as usual, grass was left high in areas and there was a strip of grass that was missed completely, when I brought it up I offered to take pictures and was told he would come by and look, but i never heard anything after that.. and when I received an invoice after I made a issue about them mowing when i said it did not need to be mowed they then stopped notifying me at all when they were coming, and mowed without my consent and just sent a invoices. this last time I received 3 invoices I had sent a question about the invoices and didn't hear anything back for over a month I received the invoice again and when I questioned it again his only response was the invoices are due. so I asked why and explained how can there be invoices when they were told not to mow the yard that it was good this round. the last response I received was to just pay the invoice, So I paid the last invoice and I had to let them go due to ongoing issues with this. I'm not sure what changed in the last 2 or 3 months but it's disappointing.
