DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! I contacted Mountain Valley Glass on June 1, 2024 to get one broken window repaired. I was told they were very busy, and that they would get back to me in 6 to 8 weeks. Fair enough. I called in mid-July (6 weeks) and was told they would get back to me soon. I called the first week of August (=10 weeks) and was told they could call me soon. I called at the end of August (=13 weeks) and was told the same. Today, Sept 18 I called and complained that it had been 3 and a half months (15 weeks). I was told to take my business elsewhere. You should do the same!
