Extremely satisfied. I sent in 2 wascomat compass boxes for repair. The screen was going blank after bringing up the settings for the machine. Each compass box is priced at around $500 new. Very unskilled. I had a rush job requested. I spoke to the guy on the phone several times. I told him I needed it next day air several times. And guess how it was mailed? Snail Mail!! On top of that, they didn't even fix it right. The board failed a week later. I took it to a local shop near me instead and they found a bad part on the board. Mountain Electronics will not help at all when they encounter trouble they will shove the stupid hurricane story to your face, even though it happened over 2 yrs ago. Stay away from these unskilled garbage level of service workers!!!
