Isaac is great to work with! I’ve booked with Motown home theater services twice now and they always deliver. My service included Full motion mount with LED Lights. Motown most definitely have what you are looking for also quick & efficient very professional.
My experience was awesome Isaac did a wonderful job and was very professional his work was very clean he will be called to install my other TVs
I had an excellent experience with Isaac. He was right on time, it took a total of 22 minutes to mount my tv. He was extremely friendly. I HIGHLY recommend using him for your services. I will be using him again. Thank you again, Isaac! :)
FRAUD. These people are running a fraudulent operation, based on my experience. They sent 1 guy to wall mount a 75" screen. He destroyed the television (within 5 minutes of arriving, I believe deliberately), took some pictures, described a credible insurance claim process, got a copy of my receipt, and then ghosted. Not one word of follow-up after a week of entreaties. They will not return calls or emails, and neither will their supposed insurance company, Hiscox (check their reviews too, HAHA). I'm out $3K. Don't let this happen to you. Pay for licensed, insured, non-criminal help. DO NOT ENGAGE.
Absolutely unreliable and shamelessly irresponsible. Isaac did a good job the first time around when we had him over. But even then he couldn't manage the wire concealment properly and just went with the stick on rails to hide the cables. Not a big deal, we just let it slide. Then we got in touch with him to get another TV mounted (big mistake, we should've known better). He wasted a full week of my time as a no-show. At the eleventh hour he would send a sketchy excuse as to why he cannot be here to perform the job. He did this a few times and wasted my entire week.
