Morningstar repair service

I was visiting my son and his family in Bellevue. Their dryer needed to be repaired. I looked through reviews and found Morningstar! They didn't disappoint!! The son came out and was very professional. It happened to be a Friday. He didn't have the part. He said he would come on Monday, which was fine. The owner Ron gave me a call on Sunday, and came out that day to repair it! That right there says something about this company! It meant the world to my son and his wife. Highly recommended!!! He took the time to explain things and showed my son what the problem was. Thank you!!!

Ron was wonderful: Kind, prompt, professional and affordable! Our dryer was 17 years old and while most would have said just throw it away, he found and fixed the problem. Happy to not add to the landfill and happy that good old fashioned repair is still alive!!

We utilized Morningstar for a recent dryer repair. Ron was knowledgeable of not only the brand and model but also how to repair it efficiently. Price of part and service was reasonable. I would definitely call again for future appliance repair needs.
