I come here for all of my watch issues, fortunately all very minor, but Eric and the team are always enthusiastic, helpful and beyond courteous. Always a pleasure coming in and sharing random quotes from The Princess Bride while having a watch serviced. Customer service is second to none. Thank you Melissa, you are the best. She replaced a battery in my Tag Heuer watch, paying great attention to detail. I needed a battery for my late's sister's watch that was gifted to me by my brother-in-law. I remembered my prior to visit to Morgan Jewelers at the Red Cliff's mall when my husband and I went shopping for diamond studs. They were to be a gift to my teenage niece who was about to be able her first pair of earrings having recently had her ears pierced. Two young clerks helped us pick out the perfect earrings.
