He took my deposit & my couch, gave me a 2 week time frame of completion & proceeded to do NOTHING for 5 weeks. Communication is HORRIBLE. He does not answer his phone. He does not return messages. I had to go there physically multiple times just to check the status. In 5 weeks he stripped my couch to the wood frame and that was all - I had enough of being jerked around by this guy & demanded my couch back. I received my couch back from him in worse condition then I gave it to him. He would not return my deposit, I had to file a small claim case. This place is SKETCHY to say the least.

Awesome quality and workmanship! They took the time to make sure the pattern was consistent across each separate cushion. The only negative, and it’s really a good thing, is that their services are in such a high demand you can’t be in a rush. Very responsive to follow up and checking in on status, and easy to work with. These are now the most comfortable chairs in the yard. I can’t wait to get our matching lounge chair cushions soon. 😎

They did an excellent job on my sofa. And they are very friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend them. In fact, I have given them a chair to do next.

TERRIBLE. No communication. After having my sectional for 4 months, he delivered one piece of the 3 pieces. He asked for the rest of his payment of $1500 and promised the remaining two pieces the next week. I paid him. The check cleared. No delivery. No communication. Would not answer calls or texts. After another month of no response, I finally went over there and got my pieces. They were sort of finished. There was too much bad workmanship to list. He ruined a very expensive sectional. I gave it away. Do not EVER use Moore's Upholstery. The place is an absolute dump and the work is worse.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our order was to recover an old RV jack knife sofa bed. We furnished the fabric and they did the rest. It turned out fabulous. We were so pleased with their work, that we are going to have them recover our two living room chairs soon. Thanks Mr Moore and employees!
