This was my very first time going to a computer repair shop after failing to upgrade my CPU and PSU, as I didn't know much about fixing or repairing PC's. I was blown away on how Derek quickly fixed and installed my PC in 1 day. He even went above and beyond on re-arranging the SSD card and its slot as they were directly in front of the fans, and moved it to better and safer place inside the desktop.

Check out this swollen battery in a customer's laptop. He said it had been this way awhile. Swelling like this could damage internal components or even be a fire hazard! Please call us if you notice this with your laptop. We can easily replace this.
