Oh my GOODNESS!!! Joe was a GODSEND!!! I am always very careful about going to sites and downloading apps. But I have downloaded some things that looked legit and weren't. I managed to get Malware. One of them took over my entire screen and I could NOT get out of it and couldn't get into safe mode. The next day I called Joe. He cleaned up all the malware and updated my drivers which I did not know that had to be done manually. I took the computer to him that morning and he had it finished and ready to pick up by that night. I will be taking it to him for a yearly clean up if the computer lasts.HIGHLY recommend!!!!

There is no bigger pain then when a home computer goes totally dead on a retired senior tech illiterate cple. Joseph has repaired and maintained my computers for over 15 years. The computer in question was 8 years old and he set it up! One rarely gets 8 years out of a computer. I'm happy to say he is still alive and well and provides the same great advice and service. He is still very busy but has always taken time to give sound advice. He is a techy....gets in gets out...very prompt...repairs, recovery, new setup!! He is worth his fee, and gets it right the first time.
