Dan came out to check my brothers 2 A/C units.He was prompt, efficient, and communicated very well with both of us. We appreciate Monster Air and feel confident that they did what needed to be done without trying to sell us what we don't need. Have used Monster Air twice this summer (different issues). Brandi squeezed me in and scheduled me both times for the next day. The two techs (Trish and Dwight) were very friendly and professional and got my AC back up and running within about 15 minutes. The cost each time was very reasonable. Happy customer here!
Monster Air was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and made the entire HVAC process, from quotation to installation, smooth and stress-free. A couple of months after the install, I wanted to adjust my fan speed. They came out immediately and took care of it without hesitation. That kind of service and follow-through really impressed me. I highly recommend Monster Air to anyone looking for reliable HVAC solutions and top-notch customer care! (they were cheaper than most of their competitors too - an added plus)
Friendly but did not bring ladder tall enough to access roof top unit. When making appt I explained it was a two story townhome. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was. Also something seems odd, on my thermostat their name and phone number is listed but they have no record of installing or servicing the unit.
