Monroe Overhead Doors

I was very pleased with the Tech. that came out to fix my garage door. He was very professional and he did a good job. I tried to send a rating of 5 Stars for Tank, but I couldn’t remember my past word. I hope this will be acceptable to rate his performance. Thank you.

I highly recommend Monroe Overhead. Robin and Simeon were great and worked well together. Robin really knows what she is doing (as she continues teaching Simeon). I appreciated her telling me what the problem was, as well as that greasing the springs and hinges will help keep the doors running longer and more smoothly. Thank you so much.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I backed out of my garage before the door was all the way up causing it to bend out the bottom panel and mess up the track. Another company quoted 950$. There’s just no way I could afford that. Monroe overhead sent out a guy named Peter. He took a look and said he could fix everything for 150$ AMAZING!!!! That shows honesty and integrity which is worth more than any amount of money. If I could I would have paid him the 950$ just out of pure joy! Would 10/10 recommend

The drivers need more training. Had a white guy in one of their white trucks pull out in front of me in front of their business at 740 this morning. I have it on camera also. He lost something in the process and I had to go around to not hit them. He then pulled out infront of a white van on 165 and they had to swerve into another lane to miss them. Just for the truck to turn into the gas station down the road. I have had several of their drivers pull out in front of me. The speed limit is 55 and it's hard to come to a complete stop. Do better.
