Awesome Customer Service! After our power went out in Leavenworth during the December storm, I managed to break our wood stoves bypass. Monroe Fireplace found the parts I needed and held them for me. Then sections of Hwy. 2 washed away on both sides of Steven’s Pass. After another phone call they agreed to ship me the stove parts! Saving me a 5.5 hour drive over 2 mountain passes twice! My hero’s! Keep up the good work.
We were having problems with our new pellet stove that we purchased about a year ago. I of course, installed it myself, but purchased the fireplace from Monroe fireplace. I always try to shop local. Anyways got it.Installed has been working great. We were kind of laxed on cleaning it.And maintaining. Long story short, the thing was not firing correctly and was piling.Pellets up in the hopper and not firing. I called on monday evening. They actually got the me in the schedule for the next day. The service technician came out. Did a cleaning and found out that the igniter had already started to malfunction. They were very professional and did a... After getting a couple of bids, we decided to go with Monroe Fireplace for our new gas insert. Damon came out for a home visit and helped us select the right unit for our space. I appreciate that they sell only the highest quality products. We had a fairly difficult installation because if our retro 60's stone faced fireplace, but he assured me that they had the skill to "make it look right". Other competitors said "no way, it will look terrible." Today the team showed up for the install. They were polite, took care to cover our new flooring, and worked quickly to install our fireplace in just a few hours. Joe did a fantastic job doing some c... We got an adorable little wood stove installed and had an amazing experience with Monroe Fireplace. They got our installation scheduled quicker than we expected, and their installers were super professional and skilled. Monroe Fireplace did an amazing job completely replacing our wood burning firebox, with a new gas firebox, including doing all the electrical, adding a gas line, and redoing the tile facade of the fireplace. We couldn't be happier with the result - they did amazing work. 6 month update: Monroe did an excellent job with warranty calibrations, and even comp'ed our first annual cleaning - I couldn't be happier with Monroe's service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
